Managing a team of web producers and consulting agencies who are responsible for VMware's on-line presence, including internet marketing initiatives, corporate websites, online advertising, product launches, online sales, email marketing and web-based promotions. Directly responsible for interactive applications that contribute to increased conversion rates, high quality leads and online sales, ensuring goals align to a lifecycle approach to web marketing and online selling. Maintain and distribute a working knowledge of website standards, usability testing, online marketing, SEO, SEM, Google search rankings, paid search, website reporting and analytics. Facilitate the development and implementation of new and emerging technologies. Worldwide Marketing Manager for EMC Insignia product line
Developed and maintained an effective worldwide web presence and eBusiness strategy for a new line of hardware and software products focused on SMBs. Responsible for managing web development group, consultants, outside agencies, and content owners to achieve web objectives. Delivered aggressive eCommerce promotions and lead generation campaigns that drove traffic to the web site. Developed strategies to boost search engine optimization and attract additional unique site visitors. Coordinated all marketing-related activities for launch of EMC Insignia product line, clearly communicating tasks, issues, and ROI results. Acquired and maintained a high level of understanding with regard to products/operations to ensure accurate content, successful integration of eCommerce engine with backend systems. Worked closely with product marketing team to deliver packaging, SKUs, BOMs, licensing, pricing, upgrade policies, revenue forecasting, and distribution notifications.

2004: Marketing Programs Manager
Promoted to Programs Manager within one year with additional responsibilities. New areas of focus included product distribution, marketing promotions, and eCommerce. Leveraged web site resources to optimize backend development, and front end usability improvements. Consistently contributed 10% to Retrospect revenue through the administration and management of the online store. Negotiated a new worldwide eCommerce contract for an overall savings of 10% on every sale and better worldwide service. Created pricing waterfall model that is now used as a guideline to determine product pricing and upgrade policies.

2003 – 2004: Project Manager
Maintained product launch dashboard to track key deliverables across the company that ensured flawless execution on all major launches. Managed simultaneous launches in four major geographies and in six languages. Strengthened OEM partner relationships for successful device support and marketing programs. Owned licensing, SKU/BOM production and product forecasting for full, upgrade, trial, and NFR products. Trained customer service department on upgrade programs and launch related activities. In addition, identified and tracked key product marketing program deliverables including web content, collateral, and partner data.
